Lembeh Foundation was founded by a small group of dedicated Indonesian citizens and expatriates at a dive resort in the World famous Lembeh Strait. Today the Lembeh Foundation has seven permanent members who work hard to protect the nature and environment of North Sulawesi.

Founders
After living and working in Indonesia for 17 years Petra Schmiedl has seen changes happening to the environment, in an attempt to protect the nature that she loves so much she rallied up with a group of passionate Indonesian citizens to start the Lembeh Foundation.
WeDive
WeDive is a popular and highly reputable dive travel agent which is based in Switzerland. WeDive supports the foundation in many ways, from helping us to collect donations for important causes to the important job of spreading to word of the Lembeh Foundation to travellers coming to visit these beautiful parts of the world.
