The Lembeh Foundation Learning Center is a two-storey building which we constructed in Pintu Kota Kecil Village on Lembeh Island. The Learning Center is home to the Lembeh Foundation Green Library and is a learning space for children outside of school.
The Learning Center's structural construction is complete and one floor is already in use. We are now in need of classroom furniture and essential items including:
4 benches for student seating, 2 long tables for studying, 2 large and 1 small storage cupboard for learning materials, desk and chair, for wall fans to ensure fresh air, 1 Air conditioning unit for the library area to prevent books from becoming damp, power sockets and lighting and a classroom projector (we will continue to update this list as items are purchased)
